"More" button --> "Settings and Support" --> "Settings and Privacy" --> "Privacy and Safety" from the middle menu --> "Audience and tagging" --> Check the box next to "Protect your tweets"

 

How to view and change privacy settings on Facebook

Click your profile icon at the top right of the screen --> "Settings and Privacy" --> "Privacy Checkup" --> Complete each of the five checkup guides (Who can see what you share, How people can find you on Facebook, How to keep your account secure, Your data on Facebook, Your ad preferences on Facebook).
